“AMORE XX” – NYE Festival @ Nuova Fiera Roma – 31.12.2023
Roma prosegue la tradizione che dal 2004 la vede protagonista del Capodanno con il festival underground più longevo d’Italia, Amore Festival, che torna nei padiglioni della Nuova Fiera Roma presentando il primo degli eventi legati alle celebrazioni per i venti anni del marchio.
Amore XX NYE Festival è il diciottesimo evento che ripercorre la tradizione con dodici ore di musica, quest’anno diversificando maggiormente la sua proposta musicale con vari stage e artisti italiani ed internazionali. A cominciare dall’esclusivo e clamoroso ritorno del leggendario Jeff Mills, creatore del movimento techno dalle origini ai nostri giorni e reduce dal successo del suo ultimo progetto sperimentale Tomorrow Comes The Harvest; sempre da Detroit ha origine il poliedrico Stacey Pullen, le cui sonorità – partendo da solide radici techno – arrivano a toccare aspetti house e garage fino alle vibrazioni tribali della deep-house.
Altra importante esclusiva di Amore XX NYE Festival è la partecipazione di Donato Dozzy, dj e produttore italiano osannato nel mondo che torna nella sua città natale per aprire il 2024 con una delle sue rarissime esibizioni.
Da diversi paesi del mondo arrivano gli artisti ospitati il 31 Dicembre negli stage della Fiera di Roma: dalla Germania le sperimentazioni dell’elettronica contemporanea saranno proposte da Dasha Rush, già ospite nel 2017 per Amore Experience a Villa Ada; dall’Olanda la nuova techno di Stan Christ, vincitore del disco d’oro con la sua produzione Trepidation e del fenomeno irlandese blk., che miscelano techno, house e suoni sperimentali con melodie e bassi unici nel loro genere.
Un evento nell’evento è il No Limits Party: una grande festa che riunisce alcuni tra i migliori produttori, dj e rapper del pianeta in un unico dancefloor con tanta musica rap, trap, house, grime, techno, drum’n’bass; in un susseguirsi di emozioni e sorprese tra cui improvvise apparizioni sul palco di ospiti famosi.
E sarà così anche a capodanno ad Amore: uno special guest sarà infatti annunciato il 25 dicembre… Per ora la line-up prevede Gengis Khan (DJ di Noyz Narcos), Sine (produttore di Noyz Narcos e Coez) e Frenetik (che ha prodotto pezzi per Salmo, Coez, Noyz Narcos, Emma Marrone), ma altri nomi della scena spunteranno fuori a sorpresa nei prossimi giorni.
Inoltre per la prima volta Amore, con la collaborazione di Hardcore Italia e Gabberecords, propone uno stage dedicato agli artisti di lungo corso ed emergenti del settore, fra cui The Sickest Squad, Art of Fighters, Unexist, Mind Trip, Antenora, VTK, Propaganda, Arzadous e Neuronyc.
A completare la line-up alcuni protagonisti della scena italiana che andranno ad arricchire le timetable dei diversi stage, dall’house alla techno, dall’elettronica all’hardstyle: Yaya, Raffaele Attanasio, P41, Emanuele Inglese, Fabrizio Lapiana, Ade & Kille, Alex Rubia, Gabriele Agostino, Dely & Sun ed altri ancora che saranno annunciati fino alla grande sorpresa di Natale.
Per poter partecipare a tutti gli appuntamenti del Festival (alcuni a numero limitato) l’organizzazione, attraverso l’iniziativa Travel4amore, garantirà diverse tipologie di pacchetti viaggio tramite la collaborazione con importanti tour operator, mettendo a disposizione sistemazioni in hotel, bus e treni speciali per i collegamenti con la Fiera.

Amore Festival, which has made Rome the star of the Italian New Year since 2004, is back in the halls of the New Rome Fairgrounds.
This is how Italy’s longest-running underground festival introduces the very first of many events related to the 20-year celebration of the AMORE brand.
Amore XX NYE Festival is the 18th event retracing the same tradition by featuring 12 hours of music; for this year (2023), the artistic program will be even more diversified, presenting various stages with both Italian and international artists as main characters.
Starting with the sensational return of a legend, Jeff Mills, known to be the creator of the techno movement from its origins to the present day. Mills has just back on the heels of the success of his latest experimental project Tomorrow Comes The Harvest.
Another special guest also originally from Detroit is Stacey Pullen, the eclectic artist who starting from solid techno roots manages to actualize house and garage aspects to the tribal sounds of deep-house.
Another major Amore XX NYE Festival presence is Donato Dozzy, world-acclaimed Italian DJ and producer. Dozzy returns to his birthplace, Rome, to open 2024 with one of his very rare performances.
The other artists hosted on Dec. 31 on the stages of the Rome Fairgrounds come from different countries around the world: from Germany contemporary electronic experiments will be offered by Dasha Rush, who already appeared as a guest in 2017 for Amore Experience at Villa Ada; from Holland the new techno of Stan Christ, golden disc winner with his production Trepidation and irish phenomenon blk., both able to mix techno, house and experimental sounds with unique melodies and bass.
An event within the event is also planned: it is the No Limits Party, a huge party that brings together some of the best producers, DJs and rappers on the planet in one dance floor with rap, trap, house, grime, techno, and drum’n’bass music.
A succession of excitement and surprises, with famous guests appearing on stage to surprise the audience. And it will be the same on New Year’s Eve at Amore: a very special guest will be announced on Dec. 25… For now, the line-up includes Genghis Khan (DJ of Noyz Narcos), Sine (producer of Noyz Narcos and Coez) and Frenetik (who has produced tracks for Salmo, Coez, Noyz Narcos, Emma Marrone), but other names from the scene will pop up as a surprise in the coming days.
In addition, the collaboration between Amore, Hardcore Italia and Gabberecords, is producing for the first time a stage dedicated to long-standing and emerging artists in the industry is offered, including The Sickest Squad, Art of Fighters, Unexist, Mind Trip, Antenora, VTK, Propaganda, Arzadous and Neuronyc.
The line-up also includes some protagonists of the Italian scene that will enrich the timetables of the different stages, from house to techno, from electronic to hardstyle: Yaya, Raffaele Attanasio, P41, Emanuele Inglese, Fabrizio Lapiana, Ade & Kille, Alex Rubia, Gabriele Agostino, Dely & Sun and others to be announced until the big Christmas surprise. In order to attend all the Festival events (some of which are with a limited number of participants) the organization developed Travel4Amore, an initiative aimed to ensure various travel packages through cooperating with leading tour operators. Hotel accommodations, buses and special trains would be provided to connect visitors to the Fair.
